Shipping Policy
After the customer places an order, the delivery time to the destination will be different depending on the distance to the destination. Under normal circumstances, if the distance between the destination and the Heytea store is within 3 kilometers, the destination will be delivered within 40 minutes. If the distance to the destination is more than 3 kilometers, then the time will increase with the distance. However, in the event of bad weather or emergencies, the delivery service will be suspended.
PS: During the Covid-19 pandemic, some hard-hit regions do not support delivery services.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the customer has any product quality problem within one day after receiving the product, it can support the return or exchange of the product without reason; but if it is not caused by the quality problem of the product, then the return or exchange of the product without reason is not supported.
